Sambal Prawn with Bitter Beans (sambal udang petai)






Mostly it can be in various taste, such as; sweet, sour and spicy. This food is well known in Perlis and long considered a Malay classic. The cobination of marine life and plant beans is the most perfect pair for food. Usually serve at noon and dinner. Its spicy taste can warmed our body during cool day.
